Rockwood Park & Museum will be included in the list of ACCESS Card Partners, a public initiative that empowers those individuals and families who come from low-income households, or those with disabilities, to engage with arts and culture at a rate they can afford. For the low-cost of $2 per person, individuals with an ACCESS Card can attend various arts and cultural organizations including the Franklin Institute, Longwood Gardens, the Wilma Theater, the Please Touch Museum, and now Rockwood Park & Museum.

New Castle County Executive Matt Meyer announced that Ryan Grover has been named director of New Castle County’s Rockwood Museum and Park. In his first few months in the new position, Grover has been working hard to listen to all the talented voices that have been preserving Rockwood for decades. “I am amazed by the dedication of this staff. The horticulturalist, the collections specialist and many of the volunteers have been immersed in Rockwood for over twenty years,” said Grover. “The institutional knowledge this staff holds is this treasure house’s most valuable asset.”
